Wet Felting - with Rowena Fry
$65.00 - $75.00
2 pm to 6 pm
All materials are included in the cost of the class.
In this fun, physical, and very, very clean class, create a few pieces of felt - a length of felt 'yarn,' a felt ball, and a small sheet of felt. Learn the wet felting technique that uses friction, soap, and water to create felt from wool fibers. Play with different colour combinations from a selection of colourfully dyed fleeces available for use during the workshop. Wet-felted pieces finished in class can later be used in a variety of different projects, from mobiles to jewelry and hats to pouches!
